With a reputation for delivering landmark developments across Australia, this organisation combines entrepreneurial thinking with deep property expertise across commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets.
You'll be stepping into a key leadership role managing a world-class CBD precinct and one of Melbourne's largest privately held developments; home to premium commercial office towers, high-end retail, and lifestyle amenity.
Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day property management of a multi-building CBD precinct Oversee operational and capital expenditure budgets, forecasts and reporting Build strong and trusted relationships with commercial tenants and stakeholders Drive service delivery excellence and enhance the tenant experience Manage lease administration, make good obligations and tenancy fitouts Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance across assets Collaborate with internal leasing, development and facilities teams Manage two direct reports (property managers) What We're Looking For 5–10 years' experience in premium or A-Grade CBD commercial property management Strong leadership and team management capabilities A confident communicator with proven relationship-building skills Commercial acumen with experience in budget control, lease interpretation and stakeholder reporting Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi desirable) A current Agent's Representative Certificate is required What You'll Get in Return Join a highly reputable, privately owned developer with long-term vision Work on one of Melbourne's most prominent CBD precincts Direct access to executive leadership and decision-makers Be part of a collaborative, in-house team with leasing, FM and development capability If you're a motivated and strategic property professional ready to take the next step in your career and align with the requirements of this role, please click 'apply now' or contact Theo Georgakopoulos at for a confidential discussion.
