About the Role

The Professional Practice team at a leading medical organization supports physicians by managing continuing professional development (CPD) programs, providing guidance on clinical and ethical standards, and offering resources for career advancement.

The primary purpose of the Program Officer is to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an online video lecture series for trainee Physicians in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Support the delivery of high quality content and resources for the program, including supporting logistics
  • Drafting communications to stakeholders
  • Secretariat duties for committees managed by the Program team
  • Collaborate with communications teams to develop materials to promote the Program
  • Respond to inbound queries from members and other stakeholders

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, professional written and verbal communication skills, and experience in project administration.
