Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support
  • Partner with our product team to represent client needs, provide feedback, and influence product strategy

What We're Looking For:

  • A business-savvy problem solver with 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong project leadership skills, including organization, proactivity, and ownership
  • Experience building and managing relationships with clients or external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
  • A technical curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools, even if you don't have a formal technical background
