Job Title: Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, provide personalized assistance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  2. Operate Cash Handling Systems: Handle cash transactions, operate EFTPOS with accuracy, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  3. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Store Presentation and Merchandising: Ensure high store standards, assist with visual merchandising, and presentation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  5. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  6. Stock Control and Quality Management: Assist with stock control, quality management, and compliance with national legislation, workplace health and safety (WHS), and security guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Track Record: Demonstrate passion for meeting sales targets, proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and a happy, friendly, and energetic personality.
  2. Commitment to Excellence: Commit to delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  3. Valid Police Check Report: Obtain and maintain a valid police check report, as required by the organization.
