Design Leadership Role

The Design Manager will lead and coordinate the design process for various projects.

  • Develop and manage concept designs for tenders and bids.
  • Support the estimating team by generating engineering quantities and RFQ packages.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive Design Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate design reviews, verifications, and validations to ensure quality standards.
  • Oversee constructability and monitor design resource effectiveness.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in renewable energy projects, including commercial/industrial solar farms and battery storage systems.
  • Proven track record in HV Power Systems projects.
  • Ability to develop innovative energy solutions.
  • Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Autodesk CAD, PSCAD, PVsyst) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
