Catering Attendant Role Overview

As a Catering Attendant with dnata catering, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to airline customers. This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team committed to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present meals to the highest standards, adhering to presentation specifications and food safety guidelines.
* Stock airline carts with dry store items, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer demands.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, bar make-up, and wash areas, adhering to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:

* Sound numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Availability to work a 7-day roster, with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
* Neat and tidy presentation, with a focus on maintaining a professional image.
* Sound knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
