Catering Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Catering Attendant to join our team at dnata catering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals to our airline customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present meals to meet presentation specifications
- Stock and maintain airline carts with dry store items
- Load and unload wash lines, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Comply with food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure delivery timelines
- Sound numerical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move/lift items
- Ability to work shift work across a 7-day roster
- Neat and tidy presentation
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP (desired but not essential)
- Basic knife skills (desired but not essential)
- Availability to work 38 hours/week
