About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional team player to join our Brisbane Mall store as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless store operations, meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in KPIs and added value targets by fostering a culture of high morale and individual development through training and succession plans.
  • Closely monitor store performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
