About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our Category Manager, ensuring the integrity of our product range and supplier base is accurately maintained. You will be responsible for providing detailed macro space and range analysis to develop a store optimization range and space assortment strategy, process, and tool that maximizes return on space and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a store optimization range and space assortment strategy, process, and tool that maximizes return on space and profitability.
  • Provide detailed macro space and range analysis to support category management and strategic planning.
  • Project manage the analysis of data, working with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic and tactical insights of category and store performance data to better understand consumer demand and trends, and improve category performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with a space management tool such as Blue Yonder or Nielsen Spaceman.
  • Experience in a retail environment with an understanding of category management and strategic planning.
  • Advanced degree of analytical ability with the capability to learn new technical packages and systems easily.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Power BI is desirable but not necessary.
