We are seeking an experienced professional to join our nursing team as a Mobility Enhancement nurse. This role works closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive high-quality care, with the aim of increasing mobility and functionality for a safe transition to discharge.

This is a permanent full-time position that will see you working closely with the nursing and allied health teams to promote and provide additional support to patients.
