About the Opportunity:

Our team is seeking a caring and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join us on a full-time permanent basis. As an Early Learning educator, you will be responsible for providing quality education and care to children, supporting and facilitating their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.

The role involves contributing to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework, developing positive and respectful relationships with children, families and community, facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and abilities, and documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma in Children Services (essential) and previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service. You should have a work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will also need to understand the National Quality Framework and EYLF, and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members.

As an educator at our service, you will be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and able to live our everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold.
