Optical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Specialist to join our team. As an Optical Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and customers, identifying their needs to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Answer customer inquiries, gather necessary information, and facilitate sales.
  • Collaborate with the retail team and professional services to deliver high-quality care.

  • Maintain brand standards in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for customer satisfaction.
