Job Summary

We are seeking a Holiday Casual Team Member to join our team at Kmart Queanbeyan. As a Holiday Casual, you will be responsible for supporting our stores during the high trade season, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
