As a key member of our global marketing team, you will drive traffic, leads, and conversion through hands-on campaign management, website optimisation, and performance analytics.

Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Marketing, and collaborating closely with a supportive internal team and agency partners, your work will directly influence the growth of an international brand with a passionate customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns
  • Optimise the website for conversion and user experience (including SEO implementation)
  • Report on performance across GA4, CRM platforms and digital dashboards
  • Present insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROAS and user engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications :

2–4 years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally with a retail or fashion focusProven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRO / UX toolsAbility to manage campaign calendars, budgets, briefs and agency relationshipsStrong understanding of the ecommerce funnel and customer journeyExceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
