About our Japanese Chef/Sushi Maker Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Japanese Chef/Sushi Maker to join our kitchen management team, taking our business to the next level in kitchen operation, menu offering, and style of service.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes with modern Japanese cuisine techniques.
- Managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be flexible with shift work and commuting requirements.
Key Qualifications:
