We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and reliable support to customers who have enquired about a car advertised online.

You will work closely with our customer operations team to ensure that the right cars are available for inspection and delivery, and that all administrative tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers through their professionalism and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for customers who have enquired about a car, providing information and support as needed
  • Coordinating with the customer operations team to ensure that cars are available for inspection and delivery
  • Completing administrative tasks related to the sale of cars, including paperwork and documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service through timely and reliable communication

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
