Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

  • Experience recruiting various roles in complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good problem-solving capability and sound judgement.
  • Natural confidence to present in front of large groups.
  • Flexible approach based on changing business needs.
  • Understanding of human resources and industrial relations laws and their impact on the recruitment process.
