We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant.
About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding role involves undertaking assessments of employees' abilities, identifying barriers to their return to work and designing programs to help them get back to their jobs. You will be working closely with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of employees' physical and functional abilities
- Identify and address barriers to return to work
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Degree in a relevant field such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy or psychology
