Product Growth Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished software engineer with expertise in growth to spearhead the expansion and optimization of our product.
Key Responsibilities- Lead growth engineering initiatives, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to accelerate product growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, and deliver impactful solutions contributing to overall growth strategy.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation of performant backend infrastructure to testing, deployment, and maintenance of solutions.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading new technology development for established teams.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, familiarity with application technologies (web, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL), and experience in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Data-driven optimization experience, including databases, data modeling, and analysis tools (SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate growth strategies, features, and user experiences, iterating based on data-driven findings.
