Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:

    • Develop and execute initiatives to improve offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and revenue growth.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Monitor budgets, sales data, and inventory to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years in a management role, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or retail. Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A proactive mindset with a drive to innovate and improve processes. Smart, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details

Full-time, part-time, casual positions available. Pay: From $30.00 per hour. Expected hours: 15 - 28 per week. Schedule: Various shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, and day shifts.
