At our vibrant entertainment complex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and performing various duties associated with the operation of our centre.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Providing outstanding customer support through recommendations, upselling, and general inquiries.

- Ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.

- Maintaining store presentation and hygiene levels in all areas, including back of house.

- Managing queues, conducting floor patrols, and controlling crowds.

- Hosting group bookings, events, and parties.

- Identifying and correcting minor equipment faults according to training/competency level and reporting faults requiring technician attention.

- Performing other duties as specified by your manager.

**Essential Qualities:**

- Excellent personal appearance.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional cash handling abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Capacity to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
