About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in coordinating, monitoring and evaluating financial services to ensure seamless delivery of an efficient client-focused revenue service for staff and patients who utilize services at patient accounts, revenue office and trust office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate effective relationships with clients, staff and external organizations through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in supervising teams, setting realistic goals and establishing priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, review and maintenance of up-to-date billing procedures and procedure manuals, including supporting reference and training resources.
  • Stay abreast of human resource management practices, including workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination and code of conduct.
  • Mandatory Requirements:
    • Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in relevant health directives.
