We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough worksite assessments to understand what duties the client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
- Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to ensure seamless care for the client
- Organise rehabilitation activities for the client, including Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc., to promote optimal recovery
- Review and analyse medical reports, such as MRIs and X-Rays, to inform treatment plans
- Complete ergonomic assessments to identify potential hazards and implement solutions to prevent injuries
