Supply Chain Management Professional

The role of Product Supply Category Business Partner involves being the primary interface between product supply organizations and country cluster category teams. This position requires strong project management skills, previous supplier selection experience, exceptional analytical and P&L acumen, and consumer-centric strategic thinking.
- Evaluate sourcing options internally and externally
- Collaborate and build business cases for innovation and transfer projects and new launches
- Deliver end-to-end project management for strategic PS projects
- Improve supply resilience through proactive portfolio management and de-risking activities
- Drive continuous gross-margin improvements
- Steer financials for NPDs, technical transfers and critical changes
The ideal candidate will have a degree in supply chain management, business management or science, and demonstrated strong knowledge in legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in an OTC medications, cosmetics, nutritional supply or medical devices.
As a Product Supply Category Business Partner, you will be responsible for evaluating sourcing options, collaborating on business cases, delivering project management, improving supply resilience, driving gross-margin improvements and steering financials.
