Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our establishment, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This position requires a high standard of cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clean public and employee restrooms and showers, including stocking bathroom with adequate paper goods and soap, cleaning all surfaces, and emptying trash.
  2. Clean other public areas such as event spaces as required and assigned while on duty.
  3. Replace dirty linens (e.g., sheets, pillowcases) and terry (e.g., towels, bathrobes) with clean items, following correct bed making and folding standards.
  4. Push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  5. Ensure guestroom, public areas/bathrooms, restaurants, fitness center, pool area, and offices are cleaned and maintained as per quality standards.
  6. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
  7. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms, such as toiletries, glasses, mugs, linens, towels, tissues, coffee, printed materials, and laundry bags according to standards.
  8. Clean bathrooms, including bathtub/hot tub/shower, toilet, floor, sink, and mirror.
  9. Fill cart with supplies (e.g., chemicals, rags, linens, amenities) as needed.
  10. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and more than 25 pounds with assistance.
