Bar Support Associate

Assist bartenders in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean the bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers, and other appliances.">
  • Maintain floors and keep them free of debris or garbage.">
  • Ensure back bars are properly stocked with products and supplies.">
  • Prepare mixes and garnishes for optimal service standards.">
  • Acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers approaching the bar.">
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by bartenders or management.">

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as a bar porter or back bartender in a high-volume setting.">
  • Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.">
  • Valid New Jersey alcohol awareness card and health department card.">
  • Ability to operate various equipment, including cash registers and mixing machines.">
