Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mobilisation logistics, including flight bookings and accommodation arrangements
  • Provide onsite support to planning teams during shutdowns as required
  • Arrange commercial and domestic flights, ensuring seamless transportation
  • Respond to travel-related queries and provide timely support to stakeholders
  • Communicate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth operations
