Quality Assurance & Compliance Expert

This is a senior role for an individual to lead the development, organisation and maintenance of quality documentation across APAC regions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards such as ISO and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation in document control processes including integration of AI-powered tools and automation.
  • Establish and maintain version control, audit trails and secure access protocols.
  • Support internal audits and quality reviews with accurate and timely documentation.
  • Train and support regional teams on documentation best practices and systems.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in document control within large-scale infrastructure or data centre environments.
  • Strong understanding of Asia-Pacific business culture and regulatory landscapes.
  • Experience with quality assurance frameworks and document management systems.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
