Support Care Team Member

The Support Care Team is seeking a diligent individual to play a vital role in our team at Glengowrie.

We offer a leading not-for-profit provider focused on comfort, connection, and community. As a Support Care Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of resident rooms, communal spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas; monitor and replenish products safely.
  • Assist with food preparation and serving nutritious home-style meals and beverages based on site menus and resident care plans; wash dishes and clean the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, but an understanding of basic first aid principles would be beneficial.
  • Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and pride in work delivered.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts when needed, including weekdays and weekends.
