Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional. This role involves working closely with participants who require assistance with daily living tasks, community access, and in-home care.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others while developing their skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support services that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each participant.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support participants with community access, including accompanying them on outings and activities.
  • Provide in-home care, including preparing meals and administering medication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • First Aid Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Certificate
  • Driver License
