We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Director to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing.

  • Responsible for the assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care, ensuring safe, quality provision whilst nurturing a partnership with family members.
  • Promote a positive learning environment to grow the capability and knowledge of our next generation of carers and nurses.
  • Oversee clinical governance via a process of quality improvement, auditing and reporting.
  • Monitor availability and provision of clinical resources.
  • Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

A leader with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. You will have:

  • At least 3 years in a clinical leadership role, within a large aged care home.
  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in managing people and budgets.
  • Prior experience in clinical management in aged care.
