Procurement and Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Procurement and Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, including creating requisitions, managing orders, and setting up vendors in Ariba.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage the entire accounts payable cycle, from receipt of goods and services to payment
  • Support the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance administration
  • Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (preferably)
  • Strong understanding of project accounting principles
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

As a member of our finance team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of the organization. We offer a flexible start and finish time, with the option to work from home one day a week once you're trained. Our office is close to public transport, cafes, and city amenities.
