Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Nurse Leader to oversee our service in Geelong.

This is an opportunity to lead a growing service with a thriving new home maternity unit, working collaboratively with hospitals and external providers to deliver exceptional care.

The Role:
  • Develops and fosters a culture of continuous improvement where all patient interactions drive memorable patient experiences, underpinned by excellence and safety in care.
  • Monitors, analyses, and reports clinical data variances and trends to improve clinical quality and safety outcomes.
  • Contributes to policy and procedure development to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Promotes the integration of service models with hospitals to deliver seamless care in the community and ambulatory settings.
  • Fosters evidence-based practice, including research and quality initiatives to improve patient care in the home setting.
Requirements:
  • Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Tertiary qualification in nursing, management, or a relevant field.
  • Recent acute clinical experience in home nursing.
  • State drivers license, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance.
