About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Administrator to join our team at CPB Contractors. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely administrative support to ensure the successful and safe delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and extract data from our incident management system to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Assist site teams with training materials and presentations to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Support, coordinate, and provide advice on safety practices, systems, and procedures across the project to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate safety requirements to subcontractors onsite to ensure compliance with our safety standards.
  • Prepare and update all required Project Safety Plans and registers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working as a Safety Administrator within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of project risk management controls and actions to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Knowledge of auditing, safety inspections, and compliance reporting procedures and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in document compliance procedures and processes and understanding of technology to support SHE(Q) systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills to effectively manage and analyze data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team to promote a culture of safety and collaboration.
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
