Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to provide administration support to the maintenance team on site. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in mining.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance team, including:

  1. Processing and reconciling subcontractor invoices
  2. Accruals, reallocation journals, and stocktakes
  3. WO scanning and general archiving
  4. Data entry and receipting
  5. Monitoring shared inboxes and attending to supplier queries
  6. Generating purchase orders
  7. Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Mining administration experience
  2. Standard 11
  3. Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
  4. Current QLD Drivers License

What We Offer

We offer a 9 day fortnight roster, camp and meals included, and the opportunity to work with a reputable mining client.
