We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sportscraft Castle Towers Store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering a premium customer experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our store. As a Part Time Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and crafting efficient rosters.
  • Supporting the Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
  • Ensuring operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • The ability to drive store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proven ability and passion to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
