Job Description

  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets, focusing on driving new business and expanding our footprint within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including toolmakers, OEMs, aftermarket manufacturers, and general engineering companies.
  • Offer technical advice and support to clients, helping them select suitable products and materials based on their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our products and their applications, monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking activities and opportunities effectively, and regularly report on sales progress and customer engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years experience in technical sales or business development.
  • Background in mechanical, production, quality, or materials engineering.
  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles.
  • Experience in direct B2B technical sales within mining, tools, or materials sectors.
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
