About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join our team at our newly built Rooty Hill materials recycling facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Front-End Loader and Material Handler as required
  • Take ownership of plant machinery, including pre- and post-start checks
  • Control the placement of waste and recyclables to maximise resource recovery
  • Meet targets for recycling and diversion of waste from landfill
  • Maintain all buildings, grounds, roadways, and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition
  • Undertake general labouring and administrative duties as directed
About You

You will be an experienced Front-End Loader Operator with a passion for sustainability and resource recovery. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to prioritising safety in all practices.

  • Loader experience is essential
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safe operating of high-risk equipment
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
