About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Attendant to support our team in ensuring the efficient operation of bulk beverage systems, dry/cold storage of food and beverages, chemicals, and consumables at West HQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete delivery of requisitions to Food and Beverage outlets
  • Assist with daily banking and recording of kegs, post mix, and spirits
  • Maintain suitable stock levels and reorder all equipment and cellar supplies
  • Conduct monthly stock control
  • Receive all inventory delivered through the loading dock, including accounting for all items as stated on the invoice and checking that purchase orders exist and match delivered quantity
  • Follow dispensing measures as per procedures and record waste items
  • Complete daily routine checks of bars to ensure relevant cellar and post mix equipment is fully functional
About You

You will be an energetic and self-motivated individual who can work with initiative and minimal directions. This role suits someone who is committed to providing a high standard of work while balancing different priorities and unexpected challenges.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with inventory software
  • Experience in a cellar/stores environment (preferred)
  • Commitment to safety and a safe workplace
  • Current forklift license
  • Current RSA competency card
  • An understanding of food hygiene requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level accuracy
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-work medical and police check
  • Commitment to work in a team environment
