About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Lockheed Martin Australia. As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on ICT systems and ensuring the administration, hardening, and ongoing compliance of operating systems, applications, and ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and hardening of operating systems, applications, and ICT infrastructure in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Contribution to the sizing, prioritization, and execution of work packages using sprint cycles in an Agile environment.
  • Analysis of SWIL health, performance, and environment using monitoring tools.
  • Analysis and resolution of hardware alerts and failures, including the replacement of faulty SWIL hardware components.
  • Configuration management of SWIL infrastructure, software, and system baselines.
  • Establishment and updating of drawings of the SWIL infrastructure, including rack layouts and network diagrams.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in supporting, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving ICT-related technical issues for physical and virtualized environments, applications, and varying OS and database systems. You will also have impressive experience using scripting languages and automation for the deployment and management of ICT systems.

Requirements:

  • A current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
