**Key Responsibilities**

This full-time position involves working 38 hours per week, with the opportunity to tailor your schedule to suit your needs. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Building and maintaining relationships with families and other stakeholders

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in Children's Services. You should also have proven experience as an educator within an early childhood service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is between $29 to $32.97 per hour, pending qualifications and experience.
