Procurement Specialist Role
We seek a skilled professional to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement Team. This role requires working in the office at least three days a week.

This is an entry-level position in Procurement Services, requiring moderate supervision.

The key responsibilities include implementing supply chain solutions within the geography, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain complex procurement activities, meeting organizational standards for price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve vendor-related issues regarding price, delivery, and terms to maintain relationships.
  • Review purchasing transactions to recommend sourcing activity, contract compliance, and pricing improvement opportunities.
  • Work with suppliers to identify, document, analyze, and resolve source-to-pay related issues.
  • Increase Spend Under Management – collaborate with sourcing teams to manage category strategy, tail spend, and compliance using category playbooks and rule engines to drive spend through preferred vendors.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting – monitor procurement performance metrics using Qlik, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management - Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier risks and compliance issues.
  • Ensure that procurement practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in global sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier engagement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Commercial acumen—experience in the financial sector is beneficial.
  • Experience in data analysis and financial cost model development.
  • Energetic and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a team as well as having autonomy to complete their role.
  • Strong customer-focus with proven ability in influencing, communicating, and negotiating.
  • Proactive self-starter who is highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results under tight deadlines.
