Clinical Operations Director

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing clinical operations in the SECASA team.
This role requires a strong leader with innovative thinking and exceptional people management skills to support the service's expansion and delivery of a gold standard therapeutic response for those impacted by sexual assault and or family violence.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage clinical operations in the SECASA team.
- Support the operationalising of SECASA's strategic direction within the area program.
- Develop and implement training programs for clinicians.
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision, education sessions, joint counselling, and ongoing support and skill development to Grade 1 and 2 SECASA Counsellor Advocates.
- Participate on the SECASA Intake and After-Hours Roster, including the SECASA On-call Leadership roster.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to team members.
- Mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
You Will Need:
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare or social services environment.
