Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Asset Management team as a Senior Manager of Sponsor Relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, property management, and customer service.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of sponsor relationships, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct sponsor assessments, identifying financial issues and working with sponsors to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure critical tracking and maintenance of information related to sponsor relationships.
  • Provide technical assistance to sponsors, including guidance on LIHTC program regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sponsor relationships and drive business results.
  • Coverage may include overseeing a small portfolio of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties where an Enterprise entity has assumed a General Partner interest.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, public policy, or urban planning.
  • 8-12 years of experience in real estate finance, property management, and/or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC program regulations and ability to advise others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license required.

The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on level of experience and qualifications.
