About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level executive and administrative support to our regional operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential executive support to the Assistant Commissioner, including human resource and financial administration, records management, and secretariat duties.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and maintain accurate records of correspondence and meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in administrative support, preferably in a senior executive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing administrative systems and processes.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
