About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Administration Officer to join our team, working across various locations, including Ipswich, Brookwater, Chermside, and Central CBD. This full-time position involves managing reception and general administration duties, processing medical bookings, results management, administering health questionnaires, data inputting, and invoicing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and staff.
  • Process medical bookings and manage clinic schedules.
  • Administer health questionnaires and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Candidate Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous medical/clinical experience or receptionist experience is highly regarded.
  • An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
