We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our aged care services department.
About the Role- Provide patient-centered care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care plans.
- Maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues through open communication and respect.
Our hospital is a 38-bed facility specialising in aged care services for the local community. We provide a range of services, including residential aged care and dementia care, as well as community health programs.
Requirements- Category A vaccination requirements.
- Working With Children Check.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Australian working rights through citizenship or residency.
