The Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage two homes in the Caboolture and Morayfield region. Regular travel between these homes is required. Onboarding and induction will take place at our head office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of approximately 30 support staff, fostering a positive, professional, and high-performing culture.
  • Promote trauma-informed support, evidence-based practices, and reflective professional dialogue.
  • Mentor, develop, and support team members to deliver high-quality care.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards within the home environment.
Case Management & Client Support:
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and individualised case management to support participants and young people in our care.
  • Develop and implement case plans that address individual needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Conduct ongoing risk and needs assessments to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Diploma accepted with substantial experience).
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management in the disability, child protection, or social services sector.
  • Strong background in case management with experience in planning, intervention, and risk assessment.
