**Trade Operations Expert Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal part in coordinating trade flows from our office to external administrators and custodians. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating trades executed for QIC Funds and discrete mandates to ensure timely release prior to trading deadlines.
  • Oversight of trade matching and settlement processes, with assistance on resolving mismatches and failed trades as required.
  • Reconciliation of positions, market values, and cash against administrator/custodian records.
  • Trade lifecycle management with our order management system, including timely processing of corporate action activity.
  • Ensuring exposures are adequately collateralized for bilateral and cleared OTC derivative positions.

**Requirements:**

A medium to advanced level of Excel proficiency and high computer literacy are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills.

A proactive working style is required. Knowledge of custodian, Clearing House, Corporate Action Processing, and/or Investment instruments is highly desirable. Prior experience with swap processing, Central Clearing of Swaps, and/or Futures Clearing is also highly desirable.
