Job Overview

The role involves enhancing trade promotion effectiveness by implementing best practices, processes, and technology solutions.

This is a challenging opportunity to work on projects that help you stay ahead of the curve. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, analyzing client trade promotion processes, developing trade promotion strategies and plans, configuring and customizing trade promotion solutions, leading trade promotion implementation projects, providing training and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze client trade promotion processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive trade promotion strategies and plans, including promotion types, frequencies, and optimal budgets.
  • Configure and customize trade promotion solutions to meet client demands.
  • Lead trade promotion implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide expert training and support to client teams on trade promotion best practices and system utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate trade promotion solutions with other business systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade promotion management.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in trade promotion management or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of trade promotion systems and tools.
  • Experience with system configuration and customization, data modeling, workflows, and business rules.
  • Project management skills, including developing project plans, timelines, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
